Practice ethos/philosophy:

Our fundamental aim is to provide equity in access to quality healthcare for those that need it most.

Moreton Group Medical Services has received funding from Primary Health Tasmania and the Federal Government to provide vulnerable Tasmanians with access to out of hours medical care.

Our service partners with Community Services such as Flint House, The Salvation Army, St Vincent de Paul, Anglicare, Colony47, Catholic Care, Kennerley Children’s Home, Hobart City Mission, Pathways Tasmania, Mosaic, Life without Barriers, Hobart Women’s Shelter, Jireh Women’s Shelter, Baptcare, Ronald McDonald House.

We operate between 6pm and 10pm Monday to Friday providing free quality healthcare to users and clients of these services.

Practice expectation of registrar:

We are seeking a dynamic team player who can also work independently and take initiative.

Someone who shares our vision of equitable access to health care and who has an interest in delivering quality health care to all members of our community. Must be able to work out of a mobile clinic.
