Information about town and facilities:

There a 2 main private schools in Launceston, Scotch Oakburn and Launceston Grammer. We are very close to the CBD which offers many retail outlets, cafes and restaurants. There is a cinema and The Princess Theatre. Fitness centres abound and an indoor swimming pool/fitness centre is located opposite the Practice. Next door is a good café for lunches and coffee. We are only a 15 minute drive from Launceston Airport. If you want to relax by the ocean we are a mere 50 mins away from Weymouth and Greens Beach both popular with the people of Launceston. Cataract Gorge is very close by an area of great beauty, it is a popular tourist attraction as well as for locals. All in all Launceston has it all – and is a great place to live and work.
